Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how George and Saul, LLC, doing business as GAS and GAS Group ("GAS," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit gasgrp.com, open a page or presentation we send you, or contact us. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company and message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, the site that referred you and approximate location (city or region). We collect this using cookies and similar technologies.

Presentation and proposal pages

We sometimes share personalized web pages, decks or proposals with prospective clients through a unique link. When you open one of these pages, we may record that it was opened, how far you scrolled, how long you spent on it and the type of device used, along with the company the link was prepared for. We use this to understand which parts were useful and to follow up appropriately. These pages are not listed in search engines.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide our services
  • To prepare and follow up on proposals and business conversations
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it
  • To measure the performance of our own marketing
  • To protect our website, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site traffic and how visitors use our pages. These tools set cookies and collect information about your visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies will not stop the site from working.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Webflow), analytics providers (Google), email and productivity tools, and project management software. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

5. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and business contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then for a reasonable period for record keeping. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's settings, generally no longer than 14 months.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to receive a copy of your information. California residents may request to know, correct and delete personal information, and will not be discriminated against for making a request. If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, we process your information based on our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, or with your consent where required, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

7. International visitors

GAS is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, including client and partner sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
